Fixed in China is an information and comparison site. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

• Trip calculator: the procedure, city, origin, nights, and any flight, hotel, or miscellaneous figures you enter or change. These stay in your browser while you use the calculator. They are not sent to us and not stored on our server.
• Error reports: if you email us about a mistake, we keep your email and what you reported so we can check it.

How we use what you give us

• To reply to you about an estimate or an error you sent us.
• To correct errors you report.
• We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not share it with hospitals, insurers, hotels, or airlines.

How long we keep it

We keep information you send us only as long as needed to reply to you. Error reports are kept until the error is checked and fixed.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Cross-border data

This site is operated from China and serves readers in the United States and elsewhere. If you email us, that information may be processed in more than one country.
